Three bedroom renovated villa with new LVP flooring,fresh paint,lighting,smart TV"s and mattresses\. It’s located on the 2nd floor of Richmond Park in Kingston Resort with 1 flight of stairs\.  It has new living room furniture and bedding\. The main bedroom has a King bed \. The 2nd bedroom has one Queen bed with an equally appointed twin daybed also\.  The third bedroom has 3 twin beds\.The Villa has a beautiful living/dining area and a fully stocked kitchen with granite countertops\. A large private balcony is available for outside entertaining or lounging with a full view of the lake in the foreground of the Atlantic Ocean just through the trees\. It features free parking and free high\-speed Wifi \(400 Mbps\)\. 

Embassy Suite's  pools and SPLASH PARK Not Included \(Embassy does not sell pool passes\)  Any and all outdoor pools are open April through September, they are NOT HEATED\.
