This 2 Br villa is located on 2nd floor at St James Park in Kingston Resort \(1 flight of stairs\)\.  It well maintained with new flooring and new paint\. The main bedroom has a king bed with a twin daybed tucked under the window, The 2nd bedroom has a Queen bed with an equally appointed twin daybed\. The Villa has a beautiful living / dining area and a fully stocked kitchen\.  It features free parking and free high speed Wifi \(400 Mbps\)\. 

Embassy Suite's pools and SPLASH PARK Not Included \(Embassy does not sell pool passes\)\.  Any and all outdoor pools are open April through September, they are NOT HEATED\.

Kingston Resort is a 145 acre community on the beach\. The gated entrance provides 24/7 safety and security in this family friendly environment\. It provides a resort living with beautiful landscaping, multiple swimming pools, and a winding sidewalks with a 5\-10 minute walk to the beach\.
