Dates are given by the complex's hired painting vendor\.The mentioned work will be affecting access to units at possible given times between the work being done on the building\. They plan to set up a scaffold at the oceanside end of the building and they will begin work on the column supporting landings in the stairwell\. As they proceed, they will be working on leading edges of lanais on both sides of the building, windowsills, walls, and stairs throughout the building\.
