LOCATION \- 18 miles north of Main Street near Willow City, Texas
HOSTS \- Quiet, private home to yourselves\. There is a caretaker that lives near by\.
SLEEPS \- Up to 10 people in 5 bedrooms; 2 king bedrooms & 3 queen bedrooms
BATH \- 5\.5 baths; All bedrooms have en suite bathrooms with walk\-in showers\. Two of the bathrooms have tubs\.
KITCHEN \- Fully\-equipped kitchen w/ a traditional coffeemaker
BREAKFAST \- None; coffee & tea provided
AMENITIES \- 85” & 43” flat screen Smart TVs w/ Satellite TV, heated infinity pool \(85 degrees during cooler weather\), hot tub \(heated from 7\-11pm\), accordion patio doors that open up to the large outdoor patio with a dining table & TV, comfy outdoor seating around a gas firepit, gas grill, gas flat iron grill, outdoor shower, astro turf lawn off the back patio, wine bar area in living area, laundry room with a washer/dryer, \(indoor fire place is currently unavailable\), VIEWS for miles, wonderful stargazing and wildlife watching

The home is pet friendly and will accept dogs\. However, there is a pet fee of $38/dog/night\. Due to the fact that HomeAway/VRBO does not allow us to charge for more than one dog at the time of booking, please let us know if you will be bringing more than one dog, so that we can make sure that you are charged the correct amount\. If you bring more than one dog and do not let us know, you will be charged accordingly\. Furthermore, please bring crates for your dogs and crate them in your absence from the house, do not allow the dogs on furniture or beds, do not allow the dogs in the pool, and pick up and properly dispose of their waste\. If these rules are not followed, there will be an additional $200 charge added to your reservation\.
