This studio can be reserved together with the townhouse upstairs to host a total of 10 people\! We are Pet\-friendly\! Pet fee is $125 per stay\. A maximum of 2 dogs 50 lbs each are allowed\. Please let us know if you are bringing a fur friend so that we may get your pet amenities prepared for your arrival\. We try our best to keep hair and allergens away, but guests with dog sensitivities should be aware\. Please use our provided sofa cover and 'retired' towels for your fur friends\. Booking guests will be responsible for any pet damage\. Please Note: Quiet hours begin at 9pm, and no unauthorized parties are allowed to ensure a peaceful neighborhood setting\. Please note that there is ongoing construction in neighboring units within the complex\. As a result, there may be some daytime noise during your stay\.
