This home is peaceful and inviting, starting with the living room area of the great room \- perfect for conversations or just relaxing with a good book\. An oversized couch, soothing artwork, and special touches enhance this tranquil room\. This family room and kitchen area combine for the best of entertaining and spending family time together while preparing meals and socializing\. This is a fun place to be, with lots of comfortable seating, a large TV, and a fireplace\. French doors open to a patio with a barbecue and a table for al fresco dining in a beautiful garden setting \- a perfect place to start and end the day\.

A well\-equipped open\-design kitchen features all upgraded appliances, a gas cooktop on an island workspace, granite counters, a writing desk, and a dining table\.
