This new construction, custom\-built and professionally decorated home features high\-end finishes throughout with all the desirable amenities for an unforgettable vacation\. Seven spacious bedrooms all have their own private bath\. Have easy access to the upper levels from the ground level with the convenience of an elevator\. Outdoor amenities include a private pool and spa \(heated for an added fee\) with fenced in yard and parking for up to 6 vehicles\.  Please see our Pet Policy that applies to all Pet\-friendly homes, which is strictly enforced\. 

Sea Star Realty offers the most luxurious linens in the area\.  Including resort\-quality plush towels, hand towels, face cloths, bath mats and high thread\-count sheets of superior quality for each bed in your vacation home \(including sofa beds\)\. In each bath you’ll find complimentary elegant soaps\. Waiting for you in your kitchen are kitchen towels, along with some complimentary items, including dish soap, and a kitchen sponge\. Best of all, the beds will be made prior to your arrival and towels pre\-hung in the bathrooms\!
