## Description
This charming,  2\-bedroom, 2\-bathroom condo sleeps 4 across a king bed and a queen bed\. This condo is located in the heart of Dillon and features a balcony with seating to enjoy the beautiful mountain views\. La Riva Del Lago location puts guests just minutes from multiple world\-class ski resorts\. Guests can also walk to nearby restaurants, Dillon Marina or take advantage of the bike path\. The free Summit Stage has multiple stops nearby that runs to Keystone, Arapahoe Basin, Breckenridge and Copper Mountain so you can hit the slopes in no time\.

Upon entry, guests will find themselves in the open concept kitchen, dining, and living area\. The full\-size updated kitchen is stocked with all the essential cookware and comfortable bar seating to enjoy a home cooked meal\. It also features stainless steel appliances and granite countertops\. Additionally this kitchen includes household favorites that include a toaster, coffee maker, and a full size microwave\. Enjoy a cup of coffee on the balcony, this unit is stocked with a drip coffee maker\. The dining area seats four, with four additional seats at the breakfast bar\.

The living area offers gorgeous views of mountains and cozy furnishings\. Warm up by the gas fireplace and watch a movie, as the snow falls, on the Smart TV\. There is plenty of room for the whole family to spread out and the couch hosts a great area for family game nights\. The balcony, located behind the living area, offers outdoor seating, and sweeping mountain and park views\.

The primary suite is located upstairs and features a king\-sized bed, ceiling fan, and flatscreen TV\. Enjoy mountain views from the sitting balcony\. The en suite bathroom features a double sink vanity and a shower/tub combination\. All bathrooms are stocked with towels and an initial supply of toiletries\.

The guest bedroom is off the entry area and features a queen\-sized bed\. The guest bedroom also offers a clothing dresser, closet, ceiling fan, and flatscreen TV\. The guest bathroom is right down the hall\. It has a single sink vanity and a shower/tub combination\. In addition, near the entryway is the private washer and dryer\.
