It is the perfect location for someone looking to attend the Western & Southern Tennis Tournament, Kings Island, Land of Illusion, and other great nearby attractions\. This home would also be great for traveling medical professionals who need to be nearby the hospitals in the area\. Beckett Ridge offers the conveniences of suburban living plus interstate access so working professionals can easily get to the city when needed\. This split\-level home offers many conveniences and is perfect for a family\-friendly getaway or traveling professionals alike\. The home is located in a safe, quiet neighborhood\. Families love this home away from home because there is a neighborhood playground within walking distance of the house\. There is also a large, unfenced backyard for children to run and play\. Upon entering the home, you will be greeted with the cozy living room at the top of the entry steps\. The living room features comfortable couches and a large flat\-screen TV with Roku, and plenty of space to spread out\. The first\-floor living area also features a dining room space which allows 6\-7 people to eat comfortably around the table when sharing a meal together\. The kitchen is fully equipped and features stainless steel appliances \(including a dishwasher\)\. There is a backdoor off the kitchen that leads to the back deck\. During the warmer months, there will be patio furniture outside for you to sit and enjoy your coffee or from which you can watch the children enjoy the backyard space\. Leading to the first\-floor bedrooms, you will find a hall closet and a full bathroom\. The full bathroom features a shower/tub combination\. We provide towels and basic consumable toiletries for your convenience\. On the upstairs level of the home, you will find three additional bedrooms\. There is a king\-size master suite with an ensuite bathroom\. The king bedroom features a flat\-screen TV with Roku\. The ensuite bathroom features a walk\-in shower and under\-the\-sink storage\. Additionally, there is a queen\-size bedroom and a smaller bedroom with twin bunk beds\. The queen bedroom features a flat\-screen TV with Roky, but the bunk room does not\. The basement level of the home features a combination bedroom/sitting space\. There is a door that you can shut for privacy when it's time to sleep\. Relax on the couch near the fireplace while you watch your Roku TV before hopping in bed for the evening\. The bed in the basement is a king\-size bed\. There is also a basement half bath just outside this sleeping/sitting area\. There is also a laundry room located downstairs\. We provide plenty of soap and laundry supplies for you to use\.
