This is an executive style townhouse in the Lake Carolina Community Development of Columbia, SC\. The townhouse overlooks Harborside Green \(see Maps\) and is a 3 bedroom, 2\.5 bath townhouse on the upper two floors of a tri\-level building with a retail office space on the ground level below\. 

PLEASE NOTE: The roof recently got repaired from a leak that occurred in the primary bedroom\. The roof is repaired, but there is still some damage on the exterior ceiling\. This repair is being scheduled soon once the HOA makes the plans\.
