• Due to the agreement with our cleaning service provider, we are not able to accommodate early check\-ins or late check\-outs\. You may check\-in as early as 4 pm and must check out by 10 am\.

• For your convenience we supply you with a limited starter kit of toilet paper, soap, paper towels, trash bags, and dishwasher detergent\. There are several shops you can visit nearby to purchase supplies for the duration of your stay\.

• Please note that hot tubs take around 6 hours to heat up\. So depending on what time the property was cleaned, your hot tub or pool may not be hot upon arrival\.

•  Guests are responsible for providing their own firewood

 •  Home is on the main channel of the lake with year\-round water access, however the TVA controls the lake level so there are times when the water level does not float to dock\.

 •  Fast and reliable 1 GB mesh wifi\.
