> This spacious, spotlessly clean condo captures a welcoming Up North vibe and is ideally located within easy walking distance of downtown Minocqua, restaurants, boutiques, and local activities\. Comfortable furnishings, a well\-stocked kitchen, in\-unit washer/dryer and available boat slip make for a relaxed stay, though the building’s proximity to the main road can mean some nighttime road noise and occasional management communication is handled by phone\.
