Unique features include proximity to amenities, three distinct levels for multiple families, a fire pit table on the main level screened porch, and a recreation room for both kids and adults\.

Enter from the driveway into a large open\-plan living space with walls of large windows, a cozy stacked stone fireplace, and comfortable seating\. The modern dining table seats eight\. The well\-appointed kitchen allows chefs to enjoy views while cooking\. Off the primary bedroom and living room is a screened porch with a firepit, sitting area, and grill, perfect for taking in the view\.
