Unfortunately, the property cannot accommodate 16 adult guests\. This property is located in a Rural area of New Hampshire on Highland Lake\. Make sure you come in through the Washington side of the lake\. If you come in through Stoddard, you will have to turn around and go all the way around the lake\. The property is located 5 miles down an improved dirt road\. IMPORTANT INFO: \-\-\> Guest have access to Private association beach which is adjacent to property\. You can see it in the pictures\. \-\-\> Make sure to take a picture or print check\-in instructions and Wi\-Fi info before leaving home as there is no cell service\.
