Groups or parties will be turned away at gate check\-in, with no refund\. Please note there are neighbors around the house and sound travels far\. We are trying to create a serene getaway for our guests as well as be respectful to our neighbors\. So we ask that outside noise be kept to reasonable levels\. To ensure this environment we have outdoor noise monitors\. Well behaved dogs under 15lbs allowed on a case\-by\-case basis for an additional $75 per pet fee\. AirBnb only collects pet fees for the first pet, additional approved dogs will be an additional $75/pet charged post booking\. Please note we have a minimum age requirement of 25 years old\. We require the majority of guests to be above 25 years old, with the exception of families with children\.
