Lakefront Viking Oasis is perfect for everyone\. Located in a beautiful, desirable area of Big Bear steps to the lake and just a short drive to the slopes, Village, and more\. Close to National Forest hiking trails\. 

LIVING SPACE \- Spacious 1800\+ sq ft home with living room, TV, ceiling fans, dining table, bar seating, a beautiful gas/wood burning fireplace, and plenty of comfortable living room seating\. 

ROOMS & BEDS \- 2 bedroom, 2\.5 bath\. Downstairs master bedroom has a king bed, TV, Blu\-ray DVD player, and bath\. Upstairs master bedroom has a king bed and bath\. Living room has a sleeper sofa\. Extra blankets and pillows are available\. 

KITCHEN \- Stainless steel appliances, center island, six burner stove with oven, double door refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee maker, crockpot, rice cooker, dishes, pots/pans, spices, and more\.

AMENITIES \- Smart TV, streaming apps along with fast WiFi, board games, and card games\. Relax near the cozy wood burning fireplace\. Laundry room with side\-by\-side washer/dryer\.

Big Bear Lake local ordinance 99\.300 limits maximum occupancy to 6 people\. Children, toddlers, and infants do count as a person\. Occupancy is permitted per City Ordinance \- overoccupancy could result in a fine or non\-refundable eviction\.
