The 60” flat screen, comfy couch, club chair & stone encased wood\-burning fireplace take cozy winter movie nights to the next level\. 

The kitchen has everything you need to make quality home\-cooked meals\. The wooden dining table has seating for 10 & doubles as a board game table after the dishes are put away\! Mix up a cocktail at the wet bar or pour a glass of wine from the wine cooler to enjoy while you watch the sunset\. On the beachside deck, you’ll find a small table for 4\.

The Primary bedroom is downstairs w/ a warm king bed\. It’s attached to the hallway bathroom w/ a walk\-in shower\. On the 2nd floor, there are 2 bedrooms w/ queen beds and a 3rd bedroom w/ 2 twin beds\. The 2nd floor includes 2 private sink vanities that share a bathroom w/ a shower/tub combo\. Parking passes must be displayed in your vehicle while parked on the property and returned to the home at checkout\. If a pass is taken from the property, it must be returned or shipped back within 72 hours \(tracking required\) or a $250 fee will apply\.
