This home is located about an hour away from Downtown Columbia\!

We are very close to the water \- expect to see wildlife including bugs, lizards, birds, turtles, raccoons, squirrels, and the occasional deer\. Regular pest treatments are done both inside and out but it is very easy for pests to slip into the house if doors or windows are left open\.

You will receive a “boarding pass” upon confirmation with guidebooks, property specific details, check in / parking instructions and more\! You can share this link with anyone in your party for access to the details\!

Please note that if your stay is longer than 3 weeks, you will be required to pay an additional cleaning fee\. This will be sent through a money request\.
