• Mountain roads leading to the property are steep and winding\. 4WD is not required; however, and we strongly encourage arriving before dark for your first drive up\.
• Winter weather can occasionally impact mountain travel\. Travel insurance is highly recommended during colder months\.
• Guests are required to sign a standard rental agreement prior to check\-in\.
• While we thoroughly clean after every stay, guests with severe pet allergies may want to consider a non\-pet\-friendly property\.
