The shared full bathroom is accessed from the hallway and features a tub/shower combo, as well as a private stacked private washer / dryer\. On the upper level of the home, the third bedroom features a Queen bed and full bathroom featuring a walk\-in shower\. The open plan living room and dining room looks over an expansive deck, where you can sit on the window seat and soak in the quiet forest setting and stunning mountain views\. Cozy around the wood burning stove or catch a movie on the large 65" flatscreen TV\. The fully renovated kitchen with stainless steel appliances is fully stocked with everything needed to prepare meals\. The dining space offers seating for 3 with additional bar stool seating for 3 at the kitchen island\. This unit comes with complimentary WIFI\. The Lakeview Villas complex offers a gas BBQ grill for use in the Summer months, outdoor hot tubs that are open year\-round, Sauna and a recreation room with games, Fuseball and a pool table\.
