The 1st level has a bedroom with 2 twins, a living room with sofas, full bath and laundry\. 2nd level has an open concept kitchen & living room, full bath & king room\. Top level offers a King room, and a room with 4 single twins, with a 3rd full bath\. Toasty warm with an added fireplace for the winter, & Mini split AC's in the summer\!
