It is open on the first floor with plenty of room to host small family gatherings\. We have an iPad and receiver to be used with the whole house audio system\. There is a high definition flat screen TV in every room, a large open kitchen with connecting dining room and living areas\. The kitchen walks out to the large rear patio\. There are 9\-foot ceilings on the first floor\. This is a very comfortable home for a large family or group\.
