The pool and spa are heated year round for no additional fee\. This home is in a residential area and parties will be shut down immediately\. Quiet hours are strictly enforced from 10pm to 7am\. Violation of these rules will result in forfeiture of the security deposit\. Absolutely NO smoking inside the property, this will result in a minimum fee of $2000 for deodorization\.
