Description:
This split\-level home is centrally located in a quiet neighborhood in Sunriver, near Fort Rock Park\. The back deck gets great morning sun and fantastic afternoon shade for those hot summer days\! There is a spacious deck upstairs with patio furniture and a gas BBQ\. With the floor to ceiling windows the Living room, Dining room, and Kitchen are illuminated with the best kind of natural lighting possible\. The downstairs deck area has an outdoor hot tub with a privacy wall\. There are bikes and a Ping\-Pong table in the garage with driveway parking for at least 4 cars\. 

Downstairs:
Downstairs, is a family room with Flatscreen TV, hot tub access, laundry, and bedroom with a Queen sized bed plus a bathroom off the family room\. The garage has a ping pong table and bikes for cruising the paths\.

Upstairs:
Upstairs is another Living area, the kitchen, dining area, and access to the deck with gas grill, Also upstairs is a half bath and the upstairs primary bedroom with a King bed and a private bath iwth double vanity and walk\-in shower\. 

Recreation Plus \(SHARC\) Passes: This home includes 6  Recreation Plus Passes which Include access to SHARC pool, Tennis Courts, Pickleball, Boat Launch, and Disc Golf\.
