This 2 Br villa is located in Laurel Court inside Kingston Plantation Resort\. It's located on the 3rd floor with elevator access\. It's in great shape with a completely renovated kitchen\.  This adorable condo features a king bed ensuite and 2 queen beds in the secondary bedroom and a fully stocked kitchen\.  Relax by the pool or take a quick walk across the boardwalk to the beach\. You'll find tons of sunlight streaming through the primary bedroom windows and a sliding glass door leading you to a screened\-in balcony porch\. The lake is right there at your feet and the view is so picturesque it instantly tugs at you to sit down, grab a cup of coffee or cocktail, and just breathe\. It features free parking and free high speed Wifi \(400 Mbps\)\. 

Kingston Resort is a 145 acre community on the beach\. The gated entrance provides 24/7 safety and security in this family friendly environment\. The community has a number of walking and biking trails around a series of small lakes and ponds and the ocean\.  Laurel Court is a subdivision within Kingston Resort\.  It provides a resort living with beautiful landscaping, a private swimming pool, and a winding sidewalk with a 5 minute walk to the beach\.
