Welcome to Lazy Bear Lair\! This tri\-level Gambrel chalet will be your perfect home base for your trip to the mountains\! Completely remodeled and just a stone’s throw from the Blue Lake Springs Rec Center/Snowflake Lodge \- enjoy summertime fun with two lakes, a pool, tennis, shuffleboard, and much more \(fees apply\)\. The light and bright great room features a wall of windows to let in all the seasons of the Sierra and a cozy gas log stove for those chilly winter evenings\. The gourmet kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances and granite counters\. Dine with your friends inside or out on the expansive deck, a perfect spot for those summer BBQ's\.

Lazy Bear Lair accommodates 10 guests in 4 bedrooms plus the loft: The first bedroom is located on the main floor and features a King bed\. The second bedroom is upstairs off of the loft and features a Queen bed and a Double bed\. The loft has a Twin bed \(and a foosball table\)\! The third bedroom is located downstairs with 2 Twin beds and the fourth bedroom is also downstairs with a King bed\. This cabin features 2 full bathrooms and a laundry room\.

Amenities: Guest access to Blue Lake Springs Rec Center \+ Fly\-In Lake \(guest fees apply\), Foosball, Wi\-Fi, TV, Sono Speakers, gas log stove, forced air gas heat, air conditioning, gas BBQ \(propane provided\)\.
