Come and experience this unique Big Bear Cabin and all the amenities offered\. Near both Snow Summit & Bear Mountain Ski Resorts, Alpine Zoo, National Forest hiking trails and so much more\.

LIVING SPACE \- Spacious 1800\+ sq ft home with open concept living room with kitchen, dining area, counter seating, wood burning fireplace, and plenty of comfortable living room seating, located on the third floor\.

ROOMS & BEDS \- 3 bedroom, 3 bath\. Second floor/entry level master bedroom has a queen bed, smart TV, and Jack and Jill bath\. Second floor/entry level second bedroom has a queen bed, and Jack and Jill bath\. Downstairs/lower level third bedroom/game room has double/double bunk beds, sleeper sofa, smart TV, bath, and lower deck access to hot tub\. Extra blankets and pillows are available\.

KITCHEN \- Stainless steel appliances, stove with oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee maker, dishes, pots/pans, and more\.

AMENITIES \- Downstairs bedroom/game room with a pool table, ping pong, darts, smart TV, board games, and card games\. Laundry area with stackable washer/dryer\.
