## Description
This versatile, budget friendly condo is between Top of the World and the Village in Leatherbark\! This unit is no\-frills, clean and comfortable place to rest after a fun day on the slopes and trails\. You can access the village and slopes in 5 minutes on a flat, paved path\.  This condo features a large, open floor plan with a living/dining area, electric fireplace, TVs,  full kitchen, and washer and dryer\. The main bedroom has a king bed and full bath\. The 2nd BR features two sets of bunks\. The 3rd BR has a queen bed and the sofa in the living area is fold\-out\. Please note that this unit is on the bottom level of Leatherbark and is one flight of steps down from the parking lot\.

Leatherbark is on the main walking path and free shuttle route\. There is a large grassy area in the rear\-perfect for frisbee\! Fire pit area, bike washing station, and basketball hoop\.

A convenient shuttle pickup at the condominium's entrance will provide transportation to any ski area during the winter months only\-\-including Western Territory and Silver Creek\! Bring your family and experience 
all the fun activities Snowshoe Mountain offers during the summer AND winter months\!
