Finally, note the beautiful veranda to enjoy the summer\!

Nestled in the heart of Domaine le Vertendre, this chalet offers a peaceful nature escape with access to a lake and private trails right at your doorstep—perfect for hiking, biking, snowshoeing, and cross\-country skiing\.

Just 10 minutes from the charming village of Eastman, enjoy local cafés, restaurants, and boutiques\. You’ll also be close to beaches, renowned spas like Balnea and Nordic Station, golf courses, and top ski resorts including Mont Orford, Bromont, Sutton, Owl’s Head, and Jay Peak\.

Transit:
A car is recommended to access the property and nearby attractions\. The chalet is located on a private domain with free parking on\-site\.
