Le Petit Bijou \(the Little Gem\) is truly a place to get away from the hectic pace of life\! A perfect romantic getaway just for two, or a cozy space for two adults and two small children\. Just steps to the sand, this cute little cottage has everything you need to enjoy your beach retreat\.   A sandbox for adults and children alike, it is perfect for playing in the sea, reading a good book, or snuggling in front of the TV \(no cable\)\. No phone land line to disturb your peace and quiet\! Relax and listen to the calm ocean waves as you fall asleep in a full size bed\.  Enjoy your morning coffee or evening cocktail on the deck overlooking one of the most beautiful beaches in Santa Barbara\. As is typical with many Santa Barbara homes, this property does not have AC\. Open windows and the use of fans allow ocean breezes in to keep the house cool during hot summer months\. 

When you want to explore the area, the lower village in Montecito is simply a mile away with a wide variety of shops and restaurants\.  Or take a 10 minute drive to downtown Santa Barbara to enjoy the many museums, theatres, and shops on State Street\.

 If you are flying into the area, the property is easily accessible from Santa Barbara Airport \(only about 20 minutes away\) and Los Angeles \(90 miles south\)\.
