Welcome to League Lofts 201– a stylish and spacious two bedroom loft just steps from all the hot spots in downtown Galveston\. The primary bedroom features a king size bed and the second bedroom has a queen size bed\. Combined with the full sleeper sofa in the living room, this unit comfortably sleeps up to 5 people\. Whether you’re looking to spend time on The Strand, the beach, or a quick overnight before a cruise departure, this loft is the perfect home base for your trip\. THERE IS NO ELEVATOR IN THIS BUILDING\. IT IS ALL ONLY STAIRS\!

\~	WINTER TEXAN RATE: Escape to the Texas Gulf Coast this winter\! Ask about our reduced monthly rates October 1 \- March 1\. 

\~	Location: Historic Downtown area of Galveston, Texas, half mile from cruise ship terminal\. This is a historic building with early 20th century building materials and single\-pane windows\. Noise may be present\.

\~	Beach Access: Less than a 4 minute drive from the beaches at the Seawall\.

\~	Rent BeachBox: Beach gear rentals are available\! Ask us for details and rates\.

\~	WIFI/Cable: We provide free high\-speed WIFI and Roku with access to Sling TV for live television channels\. Guests are welcome to log into their own streaming service apps\. 

\~	Pet Policy: 1 pet is allowed with a $25 fee per pet\. Please keep pets off furniture, clean up after them outside, and crate them if left alone indoors\.
