Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally\-located apartment located in historic downtown Galveston\! Just a block or two from everything you're going to want to visit downtown, this location is tough to beat\. Built in 1917, the League Lofts have been the ideal place to live for over a century, and now they're being offered to you\!\! Designed and furnished in 2022, the apartment will comfortably sleep up to 5, with everything you're going to need to enjoy your Galveston getaway\!\! THERE IS NO ELEVATOR IN THIS BUILDING\. IT IS ALL ONLY STAIRS\!

\~	WINTER TEXAN RATE: Escape to the Texas Gulf Coast this winter\! Ask about our reduced monthly rates October 1 \- March 1\. 

\~	Location: Historic Downtown area of Galveston, Texas, half mile from cruise ship terminal\. This is a historic building with early 20th century building materials and single\-pane windows\. Noise may be present\.

\~	Beach Access: Less than a 4\-minute drive from the beaches at the Seawall\.

\~	Rent BeachBox: Beach gear rentals are available\! Ask us for details and rates\.

\~	WIFI/Cable: We provide free high\-speed WIFI and Roku with access to Sling TV for live television channels\. Guests are welcome to log into their own streaming service apps\. 

\~	Pet Policy: 1 pet is allowed with a $25 fee per pet\. Please keep pets off furniture, clean up after them outside, and crate them if left alone indoors\.
