 Leeward Key 1103 is a well\-appointed 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom unit on the 11th floor \(penthouse level with taller ceilings\) and features a private balcony and fantastic gulf views, the condo is setup to sleep 6 comfortably\.  King in the master with private bath\.  King in the master with private bath\.  The guest bedroom features and 2 Double beds and access to a full bathroom\.  The unit has a full kitchen, equipped with everything you would need to create your favorite dishes\.  If you aren't in the mood to cook, take a short stroll to Captain Daves, Kenny D's, or Pompano Joes\.  The comfortable living area has a sleeper sofa\.  The condo also has 3 televisions and dvd\.  Wifi also included\. \*\*\*You will need to register your vehicles through the link provided and pay a $25 fee\.

Leeward Key guests have access to two pools, one of which is located directly on the beach with restroom facilities\.  The northside pool is where you will find the grilling area\.  A fitness facility is also available to all guests\.
