## Description
Legacy \# 102 is the perfect place for the perfect price\. As soon as you open the door you will be amazed that you have gotten such a great condo at such and unbelievable price\. Our condo is right on the beach which means that your walk from your room to the sand literally takes about a minute\. Our condo is unique because we customized a dining room into a third bedroom but we were able to also include a breakfast nook\. There is a primary suite and it also has its own master bath that includes a jetted tub\. There is a 50 inch television in the living room and a 50 inch in the master bedroom for your viewing enjoyment\. Our condo building only has 23 units and this is a great advantage for you\. Three of the main advantages are that the parking is close the pool is not crowded and the elevator is almost always readily available\. Our 3 bedroom condo comfortably sleeps 9 because the middle bedroom has a futon/bunk bed that converts into a double bed on the bottom\. We guarantee that you will have a great time at our condo because our own family enjoys it so much every year 

The primary renter must be 25 years of age or older\. No pets or smoking is permitted\. 

During the spring break season, between the dates of March 1 through April 30 of each year, the person booking the reservation must be 25 years of age or older and must be present to physically check in at our office with your government issued ID present\.
