This 2\-story home offers something for everyone, with 4 bedrooms and 3\.5 bathrooms, including a master suite on each floor, a private heated pool, a screened\-in porch and so many extras\. Upon entering the home, guests are welcomed into a vibrant living and kitchen area, colorful and comfortable \- perfect for everyone in the family, even your furry friend\! The kitchen is an open concept, with all the supplies guests need to cook for the whole group\. As you walk through the living room, you continue on to the dining area, with family\-style seating, and access to the screened\-in porch\. Guests rave about the porch, as a great place to relax and enjoy the view of the private pool, or have a drink in the afternoon or evening\. The main floor also features a powder room, as well as a master suite \(1 of 2 in the home\)\. For your convenience this home also comes with a Pack 'n Play and baby gate\. On the 2nd floor you'll find 3 more bedrooms including another master suite\.
