Please read through our detailed description below to learn more about the property and booking terms\.  A penthouse condo with 3rd floor views overlooking beautiful Mission Bay\! You will really feel like you’re on vacation when you walk into this bright and sunny unit, with floor to ceiling windows it feels like you’re flying above the bay\. The amenities are endless, including pecan hardwood floors, an A/C unit that keeps you cool during the summer, and a large extended deck with over\-sized seating area overlooking the bay\. You'll find your stay a little bit quieter and more relaxed and family oriented in this unit\. The location is perfect for the true "Southern California Experience", a short walk to shops, bars, cafes, and restaurants\. Walk from the bay to the beach in under 5 minutes to surf, boogie board, people watch or catch a beautiful sunset\. The layout makes it great for families and friends to share\. You enter this unit on the 2nd floor of this 3 story building, expect 2 flights of stairs\. The entry floor holds a foyer and a private king bedroom with a full bath\.
