For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued\. We love sharing our lake house with guests and want everyone — including our wonderful neighbors — to enjoy the peace and beauty of the lake as much as we do\. A few simple house rules help make that possible: quiet hours run from 10 PM to 8 AM, so please keep noise low during those times\. We can accommodate up to 4 vehicles, so if your group is traveling with more cars, please reach out ahead of time to plan\. Our dock is shared with our neighbors, so we kindly ask that you stay on our side only and respect their space and privacy\.
