explore the 20\+ miles of bike paths that wind their way 
throughout the Sea Pines Resort\.  

This villa located on the 1st level \(5 steps up\) has been 
recently renovated with new furniture, new floors and updated 
bathroom\.  The villa offers a king bed in the master with an
updated bathroom with walk in shower\.   Living room features a
sleep sofa with memory foam mattress\.  Large Roku/Smart TV and a
nice balcony with table and chairs on the private deck\.  Fully equipped 
kitchen with all your vacation needs\.  Stack laundry set is also in the
master bedroom area for your use\.   TV's are Roku/ Smart TV's and located 
in living room and bedroom\.  

This charming villa offers a convenient bike ride to Harbour Town
and guests can bike to the Sea Pines Beach Club or hop a ride 
on the FREE Sea Pines Trolley during the summer season\.   The 
Shops of Sea Pines Center are just steps away\!
