With an open floor plan and a private backyard oasis that includes a heated pool, it’s the ultimate base for a "park and relax" getaway in the heart of Miramar Beach\. BONUS\! Each rental now also comes with a 6\-seater golf cart\! THE LIMEARITA OASIS \(PRIVATE POOL\) Our secluded backyard is a fenced retreat featuring a private pool\. If you prefer a warmer, resort\-style swim, you can have the pool heated to your choice of 83\~F or 88\~F for an added fee \(collected AFTER booking\)\. Heating must be for the full length of stay: 83\~F – $35/night 88\~F – $55/night Please message us for the exact upgraded heating cost for your dates\. GOLF CART Rental will include a 6\-seater electric golf cart provided by our third\-party vendor\. Guest and drivers will be required to complete their agreement, provide a valid driver's license and proof of insurance\. All operators of the golf cart must be at least 24 years of age\.
