## Description
This tasteful four\-bedroom, 3\.5\-bathroom townhouse provides plenty of space for ten and beautiful views of Loon Mountain's South Peak and the East Branch of the Pemigewasset River\. You can stop in the outer foyer to remove coats and footwear, then pass the half bath as you move into the home\. From here, it opens into a spacious living and dining area with a wall of windows, a fully equipped kitchen, and a slider onto the expansive deck\.  The living area offers an electric fireplace and flat\-screen smart TV, while the comfortable dining area seats eight at the table and four at the counter\. Upstairs are two bedrooms, each with a queen bed and a private bath\. Downstairs are another two bedrooms; this time, one with a queen and the other with two sets of bunk beds, which share a bath\. Also, find the laundry and family rooms with a TV and various games\.

As a guest, you'll enjoy an exclusive Lincoln Station Club House membership\.
