Great woodsy cabin\. Close to National Forest hiking trails\. Perfect for small families with kids, pets or groups of friends\! Walk to Bear Mountain and the golf course\.

ROOMS & BEDS \- 2 bedroom, 2 bath\. First bedroom has a queen bed and smart TV\. Second bedroom has a double bed and double/twin bunkbed\. Extra blankets and pillows are available\.

KITCHEN \- Granite countertop, stainless steel appliances\. stove/oven, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, blender, toaster, coffee maker, crock pot, rice cooker, dishes, pots/pans, spices, and more\.

Big Bear Lake local ordinance 99\.300 limits maximum occupancy to 6 people\. Children, toddlers, and infants do count as a person\. Occupancy is permitted per City Ordinance \- overoccupancy could result in a fine or non\-refundable eviction\.
