The home has been beautifully furnished and designed with a Cajun flair\. You are sure to love the solid oak floors, high ceilings, and designer touches\. Step outside to sip your morning coffee on the covered front porch and spend your evenings gathered around the fire pit or stargazing as you relax and unwind in the hot tub\. The fully fenced yard offers privacy, plenty of seating, and features an outdoor shower\. At Little Blue Cottage, you can bike to all downtown attractions and will be just a short walk to local favorite restaurants and coffee shops such as, The Bog Brewery, Tacos My Blessing, The West Egg, Blue Hen Cafe, Maracuya by Llama, and Buena Onda Cafe on trendy West King Street\.

25 year age requirement to book and stay: Tenant must be at least twenty\-five \(25\) years of age \(an "adult"\) and will be an occupant of the unit during the entire reserved dates\.

Noise Ordinance:  The city of St\. Augustine has a noise ordinance that prohibits noise between the hours of 10:00pm\-6:00am Sunday\-Thursday, and 11:00pm\-7:00am Friday\-Saturday\. Violations can result in a $500 fee\. 

No smoking or vaping on the property\.  $500 fine for rule violation\.
