Only 15 minutes away from the bustle of town and you can surround yourself with the natural beauty of Big Bear\. Spot local wildlife and enjoy evening strolls in the calm residential neighborhood of Sugarloaf\.

LIVING SPACE \- Cozy 750\+ sq ft home with living room, TV, ceiling fans, dining table, a beautiful brick wood burning fireplace, and plenty of comfortable living room seating\. 

ROOMS & BEDS \- 2 bedroom, 1 bath\. First bedroom has a queen bed\. Second bedroom has a queen bed\. Extra blankets and pillows are available\.

KITCHEN \- Granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, stove/oven, refrigerator, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee maker, dishes, pots/pans, spices, and more\.

AMENITIES \- Smart TV, streaming apps along with fast WiFi, board games, and card games\. Keep yourself warm by the cozy wood burning fireplace\. Laundry room with side\-by\-side washer/dryer\.

OUTDOORS \- Spacious fully fenced back yard with gas barbecue\.

Per county requirements, we are permitted a maximum occupancy of 4 guests\. Children, toddlers, and infants do count as a person\. Please do not book or arrive with more than the maximum or you could be fined from the city and evicted with no refund\.
