This cozy upscale 1\-Bedroom Condo is the lower level, caretaker unit portion of a larger home that is occupied by the owner and or owner guests, making this 1\-Bedroom quite unique & private compared to most 1\-Bedrooms on the market\. The owner is on premise but is very accustomed to renting so is wonderful about giving renters their space but being there for them if they need anything\.  This property has a good location with great views\!  Winter season guests can ski in and ski out but driving and parking may be easier\.  The driveway is professionally maintained and plowed in the winter season, but it is fairly steep so we strongly recommend having a 4WD or AWD vehicle, with good tires\.  Guests who visit in Spring, Summer, or Fall need not worry about the driveway, and will enjoy the peaceful forested outdoor space with views of Lone Peak\.  You might even be treated to visits from local wildlife, since elk and other animals are plentiful in this area\. 

\*\* Please note that the standard occupancy for this rental property is 2\. If you will have a 3rd person, $65 will be added to the normal nightly rate of your reservation\.
