Adorable condo just 50 steps to the beach and summer pool\!   
Located in Lakeland Village, this wonderful home has 3 levels 
with the living on the mid\-level and the bedrooms downstairs\.
The loft is located above the living room and has one double 
bed and one single\. You can sleep 8 people comfortably and   
the complex is amazing\.  Summer community pool, year\-round   
community hot tub, ftiness center, and more\!  Plus you are    
only 5 minutes drive to casinos and Heavenly Ski Resort\!    

Please note:  This condo does not have a washer or dryer\. 

MAXIMUM CARS ALLOWED: 2 CARS IN THE PARKING LOT\.
