Central to Captiva Village this three\-bedroom three and ½ bath pool home offers the perfect escape for a relaxing vacation\.  There are so many great features to this home, cathedral ceilings, a screened\-in porch, an updated modern kitchen, a pool and spa, and multiple decks\.  A short three\-minute stroll down sandy Laika Lane and you will be on the world\-renowned beaches of Captiva\.  The master suite features a comfortable king\-size bed and a large shower in the master bathroom\.  The first large guest room features ample space a comfortable queen bed and ba athroom in the hallway\.  The second guest room has a double bed and ample closet space\.  A day bed off of the living room with a trundle is a comfortable space for your guests\.  The third full bathroom is located off of the dining area on this main floor\.   Relax by the pool, walk to the beach, walk to restaurants and marinas\.  The perfect location for the perfect vacation\.Property Manager will only book reservations up to 51 weeks in advance\.All our properties have contact\-free check\-in, no need to stop at the office \(or a stop light none of those here\)\!
