This waiver covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear\. Please note that the community pool and all other community amenities are managed and maintained exclusively by the community\. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge\. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not\. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use\.
