A: YES \- Parking is free for TWO car\. You will receive TWO parking passes per unit rented, which is limited by the HOA\. We receive limited numbers of parking passes and then we have to purchase them\. Please don't write on it and return it to the unit before you leave to avoid a replacement charge\. Q: 'Are there pool arm bands?' A: MAYBE \- Pool arm bands are only required during peak season \(May to September\)\. During this time, you will receive one band per person staying in the unit\. Please be sure to provide an accurate count when booking or you may not be provided with enough\. Q: 'Do I have to clean/make the beds/do the laundry?' A: NO \- You are on vacation\! However, we do ask that you treat our property with care so it stays nice for others & follow a few guidelines before you leave: Please empty the refrigerator, bag up your trash, and wash your dishes or load/run the dishwasher before you leave\. Neighborhood: We love this neighborhood just North of the upscale "Golden Mile" residential area\. It is still Ocean Blvd\., but it is out of the crazy traffic of the South end\. It is still close to everything and walkable to restaurants, grocery stores, shopping, and Cane Patch golf\. There is even a Starbucks a few blocks away\. This neighborhood is just a bit more quaint than the other areas of Ocean Blvd with tree\-lined streets, uncrowded sidewalks, and an oceanfront fitness walk\. In our opinions, it is the perfect combination of resort \(with tons of amenities\) and relaxing vacation\. Transit: For the very best experience, we recommend that guests have a car\. There is so much to do that the freedom of a car is very nice\. However, other transportation options are available\. There is a bus line that runs the length of Ocean Blvd\. There are also plenty of taxi cabs available \- including a taxi stand at Broadway at the Beach in case you need a ride back from the clubs\. Uber and Lyft are plentiful and inexpensive\. Additional Notes: Enjoy the OPEN AIR arrival with NO FRONT DESK CHECK\-IN at this home away from home\. Please be aware that it is very busy during bike weeks, especially during Atlantic Beach Bike Fest, and the can lead to police managed traffic flows, a lot of traffic, and crowded conditions in the area\. In addition, our busiest week is 4th of July week\. While parking is ample, it is on a 1st come 1st served basis and you may need to park in overflow lots or on the street during the busiest times\. This unit is self\-catering\. Consumable items such as toiletries, cleaning products, and paper products are not included\. Starter rolls of toilet paper, paper towels, and hotel size soap and shampoo are provided as a courtesy, but guests will need to bring or purchase additional supplies after these are used up\. Amenities may be subject to closure/interruption without notice due to inclement weather, new restrictions, or other unforeseen issues as determined by the HOA, service providers, and building management\. Food and beverage facilities run by the front desk are not accessible when renting privately\.
