Experience the best of lake living in this newly renovated 2\-story home, situated literally on the lake\.  This beautiful open concept home, with water views from almost every room, is filled with vintage charm\. Upscale features throughout include hardwood floors, custom gas fireplace accented with natural stone, three\-season porch, patio area, large yard, fire pit, shared dock, and ample parking\. Huge windows showcase breathtaking sunrises over Lake Winnisquam, and an outdoor patio area with retractable awning for shade, provides a front\-row view to both the lake and the majestic mountain skyline\. Swim and fish right from the dock, that holds up to a 24’ boat\. During the colder months, snowmobile right onto the lake\. This waterfront home shares the waterfront and driveway with another home, as seen in the pictures\.

Three bedrooms and three bathrooms, washer and dryer, air conditioning and gorgeous water frontage here\. All bedrooms are on the second level with two queen beds in one and ensuite 3/4 bath, another with two queen beds overlooking the lake, and one with a king bed overlooking the lake\. There is a shared, full bath on the second level in addition to the ensuite bath\. Downstairs is the third bathroom with laundry\. The fully appointed eat\-in kitchen has a full\-size refrigerator with freezer, stove, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, a Keurig coffee machine, dinnerware, silver, and cookware\. The Weber gas grill can be found on the waterfront patio and comes with a full propane tank\.
