6/7/22 The long awaited pool and hot tub renovation is complete and is ready for guest use\!  We do not guarantee HOA amenities as we have no control over them\.

A corner condo under the Tower Clock at Lulu City\! The condo is spacious and well appointed with beautiful furnishings and is right across the street from the base of the Coonskin Chairlift\. This condo is comfy\! The master bedroom has a king bed, and the second bedroom has two twins \(can convert to a King\)\. The den has a captains bunk\. The living room has a pull out queen sofa sleeper, as well\. Lulu City has an outdoor hot tub as well as a summer time swimming pool\. The western sunset views from the deck are spectacular in the crystal clear air of the Rockies\. There is Wi Fi, a DVD and VCR player and a flat screen tv in the living room\. The condo also has a stereo system and, for the movie buffs, HBO movie channels\. Gamers will love the retro gaming systems and games\. 

Come and stay at Lulu City 4C and make fabulous memories\. Combine with Lulu 3F for a small group gathering\. Pets are no longer allowed at Lulu City condos\. Please be advised that there are several flights of stairs to the unit\.
